About The Owner
Nate is the founder and visionary of To the T Plumbing, Heating & Air. He brings over 16 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry and spent the entirety of his career working at RK Mechanical, where he worked on and managed extensive and diverse plumbing and HVAC projects.

Nate is focused on addressing the unique challenges faced by homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Denver and has built To the T Plumbing, Heating & Air with the goal of becoming a trusted and honest household name in the community.

Office Manager
Karen is a proud Mexican-American raised in Colorado. A devoted wife and mother to her 16-year-old daughter, Nehirely, Karen places family at the heart of everything she does. Since 2012, she has worked as an office manager, bringing strong organizational skills, professionalism, and dedication to her role. Karen also has a deep love for horses, owning several, and enjoys spending her free time caring for them. Known for her warmth, resilience, and commitment, she balances her cultural heritage with a strong work ethic and a deep devotion to her family and community.

Marketing Manager
She has worked in Operations and Marketing roles for 10 years, and has worked in the trades for 3 years. She moved to Colorado 4 years ago with her husband, their two kitties and escape artist pup. She is a creative spirit who thrives on adventure and expression. She loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking a new trail or paddle boarding on a quiet lake. She’s also passionate about music and enjoys writing/performing when she can. When she’s not exploring or creating, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen baking a sweet treat for her family and friends to enjoy!

Sara is our dedicated Dispatch Coordinator, ensuring smooth and efficient operations every day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
