"As a first time homeowner, highly recommend"

When another company quoted me $9000+ for a new tank water heater install, I immediately called these guys for a second opinion.

Without even asking for a dime, they gave me much more reasonable quote of 3,000$ for install, the added code required expansion tank, and a 10 year warranty. They were at my house in under an hour to do a walk through, and did the below work the next day in under 2 hours.

When they were working, they identified a 2 broken pipes that the 9000$+ gentleman didn't even see, and fixed those. They also blew out my sprinkler system for the year, advised me on how to use it as a new home owner, and answered the slew of questions I had about everything + they gave tips on other pieces of the plumbing in my house.

At the end of it all, when I tried to tip them, they absolutely refused, saying they didn't need it and that they pride themselves on sticking to the quoted price.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great! It’s hard to say that when you have your basement flooding with sewage but these guys made it better. From responding to my inquiry online quickly and being able to come out same day. They were great at communicating and providing updates. Will and Max arrived on time with smiles on their faces. Our AC broke on Saturday evening, we left a message and To The T Plumbing & Heating called the same evening and we set an appointment for the next day, which was Sunday. Nate promptly discovered the issue and got it fixed. We are so thankful for this company's professional approach and quality service. We will definitely use them for any of our future HVAC needs.
